Do you offer options for those with food allergies or dietary preferences?

You bet!!! I would love to create a sweet treat for you that exceeds your expectations! I myself have Celiac disease and understand how daunting it can be to order from and trust another chef/baker to honor your allergies or preferences. While I do offer regular cakes and cupcakes and cannot guarantee no cross contamination, I take extraordinary measures to minimize any cross contact, including baking allergen cakes on separate days and using separate tools, pans, etc. Have any questions on my safety measures or ability to accommodate restrictions? PS – my menu is already marked with flavors that can be made gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and nut free. Don’t see your allergy/restriction listed? Reach out to me!

How do I order?

Upon filling out this form in its entirety, I will reach out to you within 1-2 days. I will let you know if I am able to accept your order via email. Therefore, simply filling out this form does NOT mean your order is confirmed! Please keep an eye on your inbox 🙂

How far in advance should I order?

I require 7-10 days notice for orders! Depending on my schedule, I may be able to accommodate a faster turnaround for a fee. Please reach out to me to inquire about availability.

Do you deliver?

Pickup is highly preferred from my location in downtown Chicago near Clark St and Oak St. I do offer delivery via Uber Courier ONLY for orders under $200. This option is an additional expense incurred by you.

For large orders and/or weddings, I am happy to offer delivery for an additional fee.

Please also keep in mind that cakes and cupcakes will stay fresh in the fridge for up to a week and in the freezer for 1-2 months if you need to pick up in advance.

What size cake / how many cupcakes do I need?

My cupcakes are sold by the dozen and are jumbo sized.

Please see below for a guide on how many slices you can get out of different cake sizes. P.S. I do offer more sizes and shapes than those that are shown below!

How much do you charge?

Currently, my cakes start around $50 and one dozen cupcakes ranges from $40-$50. My prices include all flavors, fillings and customization, including elaborate piping. Add-ons such as toppings, fresh flowers, glitter cherries, etc. are an additional cost. Please see my order form for the most up-to-date pricing!

How do payments and cancellations work?

Upon confirmation of your order, 50% of the total price is due via Venmo or Zelle. Your deposit secures your spot in my schedule. No payment = no cake 😦 The remaining balance will be due on the day of pickup/delivery, also via Venmo or Zelle. 

If you cancel an order more than 7 days ahead of your pickup/delivery date, I will fully refund your deposit. 

If you cancel an order less than 7 days ahead of your pickup/delivery date, your deposit is non-refundable. 

Due to the custom nature of my sweets, I do not offer refunds. I also do not offer refunds for pickup/delivery no-shows. 

I am not responsible for any damage that occurs to the cake/cupcakes after pickup/delivery!!! Please refer to my cake guide below for how to care for your cake 🙂
